2015年5月7日晚，我校林克勤教授应邀在博文楼六楼报告厅举行题为“人际传播的理论框架及基本问题”的学术讲座。此次讲座由姜孟教授主持，王寅教授出席，我校部分博士生和研究生参加了本次学坛活动。
在讲座之前，2014级研究生段继香同学与大家分享了她精心挑选的哲学知识“奥卡姆剃刀定律”——如无必要，勿增实体。这一定律启示我们：处理问题时，要把握事情的本质，解决最根本的问题；要顺应自然，不将问题人为复杂化，懂得化繁为简。
林教授的报告分为四个部分。林教授首先从传播的五个基本特征出发系统分析“传播”这一概念，并结合国内外的研究现状对“传播研究”和“传播学”这两个述语表达及其历史发展进行阐释。随后的第二部分，林教授从学界和业界的角度全面论述人类传播的五种类型（即人内传播、人际传播、群体传播、组织传播、大众传播）及其相互关系，并引出人际传播的基本框架。而在紧接着的第三部分，林教授则主要从以下三个方面对人际传播的相关问题进行深入阐释：人际传播的动机与目的、人际传播的特点和社会功能以及人际传播的表达基础。在结论部分，林教授对语言及行为、形象塑造和知识扩散在人际传播中的重要作用进行了概括总结。林教授的报告幽默风趣，旁征博引，充满思想活力和前沿气息，让大家深深感受到了日常学习研究中学养和学术创新精神的重要性。
报告结束后，王寅教授以“a man is known by the books he reads.(读其书，知其人。)”对林教授及其报告给予了高度认可和评价，并提出了他对认知传播学的发展的期望。此外，王寅教授还以“a man is known by the conference he attends.(观其会，知其人。)”鼓励大家经常参与学术讲座，培养自己的学术思维能力。姜孟教授也指出，林教授的报告内容详实、逻辑缜密，清晰地勾勒出了人际传播的理论框架和整个学科的面貌，既让听众增长了见识，又收获了新的学术启迪。
本次讲座在轻松愉快的氛围中圆满结束。

sisu academic forum entitled
“theoretical framework of interpersonal communication and its basic problems”held successfully
at 7 pm, may 7th, 2015, the sisu academic forum was held successfully as scheduled. hosted by professor jiang meng, this report entitled “theoretical framework of interpersonal communication and its basic problems”was given by prof. lin keqin, a distinguished professor from school of journalism and communication in sichuan international studies university. professor wang yin attended the forum, and many postgraduates as well listened to the excellent report.
as usual, a piece of philosophical knowledge was shared by the postgraduate duan jixiang, which benefited and enlightened all the audience greatly.
then, professor lin keqin began his excellent lecture. this report was composed of four parts. in the first part, professor lin introduced “communication” by systemically interpreting its five characteristics. after that, he redefined “communication” after the literature review over communication home and abroad. in the second part, professor lin made a comprehensive explanation about the five types of human communication, namely intrapersonal communication, interpersonal communication and group communication, organization communication and mass communication. and in the third part, professor lin mainly put emphasis on the elaboration of interpersonal communication from three aspects, which includes the motivation and purposes of communication, the characteristics and social functions of communication, and its bases as well. finally, prof. lin concluded the significant role that language, image and knowledge play in interpersonal communication, which inspired and enlightened the audiences greatly. professor lin delivered his lecture in a relaxed and humorous way. and his lecture was well documented and full of unique insights and the latest academic information. this lecture manifested professor lin’sdeep academic attainments and his persistence on academic innovation.
after the report, professor wang yin spoke highly of this lecture with an adapted english proverb “a man is known by the books he reads”. and he also expressed his expectation for the development of cognitive communication. apart from that, prof. wang also encouraged the audience to have more participation in the academic lectures and to make great efforts to cultivate their own academic thinking ability.
at last, professor jiang meng made a brief summary. he pointed out that professor lin’s report was full of logical thoughts and wisdom. the content of the whole report was detailed and deliberate which clearly unfolds the theoretical framework and outline of interpersonal communication, and therefore not only helping the audiences gain knowledge but also improving their academic accomplishment.
this report ended in a cheerful atmosphere with a great success.
